LANCASTER CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING PROCEEDINGSThe Lancaster City Council met for a Special Meeting to discuss selling lots in Lancaster Addition to Lancaster on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at 5:00 P.M. in the Lancaster City Hall. Members present were Mayor, Michael Olson; council members Mary Barron, Luke Nordin, Tom Sebenaler and Jim Hilman. No members of the public were present. Council is meeting to discuss the offers from Greg & Crystal Peterson to purchase Lot 4 and the West ½ of Lot 5, Block 2 along 3rd street and the backlot directly behind this property for a total of $1000.00; offer from Lois Boroski to purchase Lot 3 and the West ½ of Lot 2, Block 3 for $500.00 and offer from Richard & Susan Hilman to purchase the Lot 4 and the East ½ of Lot 5, Block 4 directly behind the lots that they have already received council approval to purchase for an additional $500.00. Sebenaler moved to sell to the following properties to Greg & Crystal Peterson: Lot 4 and the West ½ of lot 5, Block 2 along 3rd street and the backlot directly behind this property for a total of $1000.00; to Lois Boroski: Lot 3 and the West ½ of Lot 2, Block 3 for $500.00 and to Richard & Susan Hilman: Lot 4 and the East ½ of Lot 5, Block 4 for $500.00, second by Barron and carried.
